These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SubCut mobile application ("App") and the website trysubcut.com ("Site"), operated by SubCut ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using SubCut, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SubCut is a subscription tracking application that allows you to:

• Manually enter and track your subscriptions
• Receive reminders before subscription renewals
• View spending summaries and analytics

SubCut does not connect to your bank account, payment services, or email. All subscription data is entered manually by you.

3. Free and Premium Features

Free tier: Allows you to add up to 3 subscriptions with basic reminder functionality at no cost.

SubCut Premium: Unlocks unlimited subscriptions, custom reminder timing, and advanced spending insights. Available as:

• Monthly plan: $2.99 per month
• Annual plan: $19.99 per year

4. Subscriptions and Billing

SubCut Premium is a recurring subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize the applicable store to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• No refunds are provided for the current subscription period upon cancellation
• Prices are subject to change with notice

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your SubCut Premium subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.

6. Accuracy of Information

SubCut displays information based on data you enter. We are not responsible for inaccurate reminders or spending calculations resulting from incorrect information entered by you. SubCut is a tool to assist you — always verify your subscriptions directly with the service providers.

7. Intellectual Property

SubCut and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SubCut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reminders will always be delivered on time. Push notifications depend on device settings and OS behavior beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubCut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed subscription cancellations or unexpected charges from third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SubCut after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via the updated date on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
